Nine events having been confirmed as partial 2022 WRC calendar

FIA and WRC Promoter announced today the next season's partial calendar which includes nine events.

World Motor Council took place today in Monaco and it was decided which events would be in 2022 calendar of WRC.

Rallye Monte Carlo will be the first venue for next season as it has been the previous years and will be held on Thursday 20 Janueary.

The second event of next season will be Rally Sweden after an one-year absence of WRC calendar.

Finally, Rally Portugal, Rally Italy, Safari Rally Kenya, Rally Japan, Rally Spain, Rally Estonia and Acropolis Rally Greece are the other seven confirmed events for 2022. 

Next year's calendar will include 13 events with the four remaining events being yet to confirm.
