Sebastien Ogier believes that Toyota did bad preparations ahead of Rally Spain after his struggling with his Yaris and his doing major changes to it through the weekend.
The French driver finished fourth overall and he lost the fight for the third position from Dani Sordo who was faster than Ogier on Sunday stages.
Despite his fourth position overall, Ogier mentioned many times during Rally Spain that he was struggling with his Yaris and Toyota mechanics changed many things to his car on Friday's services and on the first service of Saturday.
In fact he reported understeer at the end of Stage 1 while he had a big slide in Stage 5 due to the fact that he was stuggling with the behavior of his Yaris.
However, he said to the reporters at the end of Stage 10 that he had had a new set-up for the afternoon loop of Saturday and he was happier with how his car behaved in this stage.
"It was a tough first half of the rally for us", said Ogier.
"We have been working a lot on the car and now I am starting to feel better.
"I have never changed so much on a car during a rally, but at least we have finally found better pace.
"It is the first time we have driven these configuration of roads in the Yaris.
"In the end, it looks like the test we did was not great because it was not representative of what we have here."
