Oliver Solberg is being happy with finishing a rally finally and for securing a fourth place in Ypres considering the lack of pace he had in Croatia.
The Swede driver finished in fourth place overall in Belgium and this result is his personal best so far in his WRC career.
His rookie season in WRC has not started well for Solberg as he has finished only three times inside the top ten and had two crashes from which the big one happened on the first corner in Stage 2 of Rally Finland.
"It is fantastic to have such a great result finally", Solberg said.
"We have come close many times, but it is nice to get the whole package working so strongly together.
"It has not been easy at all, a challenging rally on difficult roads.
"I didn’t have a good tarmac rally last time in Croatia and coming off the back of a frustrating time in Finland, it has definitely been a hard couple of weeks.
"The team has been incredibly supportive, we’ve had great teamwork to get where we are now.
"It’s nice to get to the finish of the rally".
