Hyundai Motorsport confirms the drivers with whom will take part in Rally Chile next month which will host the eleventh WRC round of this year's championship.
Thierry Neuville's and Esapekka Lappi's entries are guaranteed as both of them have signed a full-season contract with Hyundai Motorsport for 2023. Dani Sordo is set to take part at Acropolis Rally in Greece which will be held in less than a month. However, the Spaniard will not drive the third i20N in Chile as Teemu Suninen will do his third outing of the season at the top level with the Hyundai Rally1 car. As we wrote earlier this month, Timo Jouhki, Suninen's manager, had said that his driver has already secured another drive with the i20N for the rest of this season while it is expected that he will have a seven-round programme with Hyundai in 2024.
