Petter Solberg confirmed the entry of his son, Oliver, with the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 at Safari Rally of Kenya following his success in Sweden.
Oliver Solberg extended his deal with Toksport and Skoda Motorsport for one more year and will try to become the WRC2 Champion of 2024. The Sweden started his season with Monte Carlo where he had to restart under the SuperRally regulations due to the fact that he suffered from three punctures on Saturday morning resulting in retiring for the rest of day. However, he returned even stronger on his home event as he claimed his first win of the year with the Fabia and was in third place overall from Stage 7 to 8. He currently shares the first place with Yohan Rossel on the WRC2 championship as both of them have 25 points. His next event for him will be Safari Rally Kenya on March 28-31 where he finished second overall on his class last year.
Next up for @OliverSolberg01 and Elliott Edmondson is Safari Rally Kenya! 🤩🇰🇪
