At the end of the Shakedown session of Safari Rally, Kalle Rovanpera goes fastest in Loldia with Thierry Neuville and Esapekka Lappi following him.
Kalle Rovanpera tops the Shakedown times at Safari Rally and set his fastest time on his second run from Loldia.
Thierry Neuville comes right behind the Toyota driver for 0,2 seconds while he left his teammate Esapekka Lappi behind for only one tenth of a second.
The winner of this year's Rally Sweden decided to pass four times from the SD stage as it is his second visit in Kenya as a professional WRC driver.
Ott Tanak is in fourth place and his gap from EP is at 1,3 seconds while he had Cyril Abiteboul alongside him in one of his fourth SD passes.
Elfyn Evans completes the top five and it is crucial for him to find the proper set-up to have the chance to overtake Neuville on the standings.
Adrien Fourmaux sits at the sixth position and is the top M-Sport Ford driver while his goal is to remain third on the championship after the end of Safari Rally.
Takamoto Katsuta and Gregoire Munster are at the bottom of the SD times as they are seventh and eighth respectively.
