The organizers of Rally Finland announced the entries of their event which reach the 80.
Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT will field four Rally1 cars on their home event with Sami Pajari doing his WRC debut with the Yaris and having Sebastien Ogier, Kalle Rovanpera, Elfyn Evans and Takamoto Katsuta as his teammates. Esapekka Lappi will make his second consecutive appearance with the Hyundai colors and his task is to support Thierry Neuville and Ott Tanak on their championship fight. Finally, M-Sport Ford will return back to the two-car entry as Adrien Fourmaux and Gregoire Munster will be the only representative drivers of the blue oval at the top level after Martins Sesks's participation in Poland and in Latvia with the Puma.
The WRC2 participants will be 34 with the most important being Yohan Rossel and Nikolay Gryazin with the Citroen C3 Rally2. Jari-Matti Latvala was not able to get behind of the wheel of the Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 for one more year, but he will compete with the GR Yaris Rally2 on his home event. Jan Solans, Georg Linnamae, Mikko Heikkila, Yuki Yamamoto and Hikary Kogure will also drive a Yaris. Moreover, Oliver Solberg, Lauri Joona, Gus Greensmith, Robert Virves, Joshua McErlean, Martin Prokop, Fabrizio Zalvidar and Pierre-Louis Loubet will participate at Rally Finland with a Skoda Fabia RS. Emil Lindholm and Teemu Suninen will try to win their home event with the Hyundai i20N Rally2 while William Creighton will be the only representative driver with a Ford Fiesta MKII.
