The FIA and the WRC Promoter confirmed the WRC calendar of 2025 season with the three new countries hosting a WRC round for the first time.
The 2025 season will start with Rallye Monte Carlo on January 23-26 while the organizers have already announced the route of their event. Rally Sweden remains the second WRC round on the championship as it is the only winter rally in World Rally Championship. Safari Rally Kenya is next at the calendar and keeps the Easter date for a second year in a row. Islas Canarias will host the fourth WRC round and will be the first tarmac event of the year taking the place of Croatia Rally. Afterwards, the crews will head to Portugal and Sardinia while Greece returns back to its traditional date on June. The following event will be Rally Estonia, which makes its come back to WRC since 2023, and Rally Finland will be held just eleven days after the end of Rally Estonia. Next visit is South America starting with Rally Paraguay on August 18-31 as Rally Chile will follow after two weeks. Moreover, the action continues with two tarmac rallies back-to-back in Central Europe and in Japan. Rally Saudi Arabia will be the concluding event of the season on November 27-30. Latvia, Poland and Croatia lost their slot at the WRC calendar of 2025, but it must be mentioned that the next year's championship will include 14 rallies for the first time in WRC history.
