Rally Japan - 3rd Day - 1st Loop: Tanak manages his gap despite Evans's attack, Neuville 9th

At the end of Saturday morning, Ott Tanak remains the leader of Rally Japan with Elfyn Evans and Adrien Fourmaux following him.

Ott Tanak holds his lead after the end of Saturday morning despite the fact that the second Elfyn Evans has cut his advantage after his having set the fastest time in Stage 10 and 12.

Adrien Fourmaux took back his third place from Takamoto Katsuta at the end of Stage 12 despite the fact that he lost the brakes there.

Sebastien Ogier gained one position in Stage 12 and is now in fourth place overall while he overtook his teammate Katsuta on the standings.

Katsuta has dropped to fifth place overall when he hit something with the rear right of his Yaris in Stage 12 while he was just 0,4 seconds ahead of Fourmaux at the end of Stage 11 and was in third place.

Gregoire Munster is still sixth overall and was the third-fastest driver in Stage 10.

Thierry Neuville climbed from outside the top ten to ninth place and was the fastest driver in Stage 11.

Andreas Mikkelsen restarted under the SuperRally regulations today and was starting second on the road with the view of Neuville having better road position.
