Ogier hints at his potential retirement from WRC after Monte

Sebastien Ogier dedicates his win to his uncle and says that Monte Carlo may be his last rally in his career.

The Frenchman broke another record today by winning Rallye Monte Carlo for the tenth time in his career while this victory was his 62nd competing in World Rally Championship. The eight-time WRC Champion has also finished 106 times in the podium places and has scored 2.991 points so far. The stage wins are 652 while he managed to be the fastest driver in Powerstage scoring the five bonus points from it today. Last but not least, it must be mentioned that Ogier's first rally was Rally Mexico back in 200 and his first ever win came two years later in Portugal.

"I don't know where to start, what a weekend", Ogier said.

"I think I have my lucky star with me this weekend.

"It was my uncle, who we lost one year ago.

:I am sure he was bringing me everything and this one is for him.

"Quite a few moments this weekend... like I said, my lucky star is there.

"I don't know what it means, but for me the world.

"I have no idea if it is my last one now.

"It would be a good place to stop".
