The organizers of Rally Sweden announced the entries of their event which reach the 62.
Hyundai will field three cars again with Adrien Fourmaux, Ott Tanak and Thierry Neuville which means that Esapekka Lappi will not return back to action despite his win in Sweden last year and his ongoing discussions with the team. Sebastien Ogier will be absent from the second WRC round meaning that Toyota will have only four drivers that are Elfyn Evans, Kalle Rovanpera, Takamoto Katsuta and Sami Pajari while Lorenzo Bertelli returns with the Toyota again. Finally, M-Sport Ford will bring four Pumas as Gregoire Munster and Josh McErlean will be joined by Jourdan Serderidis and Martins Sesks.
The WRC2 participants are 21 with the most important being Oliver Solberg, Roope Korhonen, Georg Linnamae, Hikaru Kogure and Yuki Yamamoto with the Toyota GR Yaris Rally2. Pontus Tidemand, Mikko Heikkila, Lauri Joona, Fabrizio Zalvidar and Robert Virves will drive a Skoda Fabia RS Rally2.
