Fourmaux explains his incidents on Saturday

Adrien Fourmaux is talking about the two incidents he had on Saturday at Rally Sweden which costed him another podium with Hyundai Motorsport.

The Frenchman was in fourth place overall until Stage 11 where he lost almost 21 seconds as he had to stop near the start in order to fasten his helmet. In Stage 12, he set the fastest time and was his third stage win at Rally Sweden, but his i20N was stucked in Stage 13 when he lost the rear of his car and hit a snowbank. He was in sixth place overall after the incident with his helmet while he will restart under the SuperRally regulations tomorrow.

"Saturday was not my day definitely, on SS11 I had to stop to tighten my helmet and lost more than 20 seconds, and then this afternoon I get trapped in a really soft snowbank", Fourmaux said.

"The car was in the snowbank on the outside and it pushed the front into it after that, so for 60 metres we were forced along it.

"At some point it caught the front and then we got stuck in the really fresh snow; it was really deep and there were no spectators".
