Hyundai Motorsport will bring the upgraded i20N Rally1 at Rally Sweden next week shedding more light on its car's upgrades.
The Alzenau-based team has been developing its upgraded i20N throughout all the past season and, finally, they will field the upgraded car in Sweden next week. More specifically, according to Hyundai's press release, the updated car will retain the current Rally1 chassis but features an overhaul in other areas to maximise efficiency. With a focus on suspension layout and weight reduction, the team has utilised several 2025 jokers in a bid to improve performance across the remainder of the season. Finally, it must be mentioned that Hyundai heads to Rally Sweden with a 24-point disadvantage over the first Toyota as Rallye Monte Carlo was a tricky event for the Koreans.
