Rally Sweden - 3rd Day - 2nd Loop: Evans reels in his 1st victory of 2025 as Fourmaux crashes

At the end of Saturday, Elfyn Evans still tops the overall classification with Takamoto Katsuta and Thierry Neuville following him.

Elfyn Evans remains out in front and extended his lead by setting the fastest time in Stage 13, but he dropped some seconds compared to Katsuta in Stage 14 as he lost the front and hit a snowbank. Last but not least, he had a stall in Stage 15 as he lost the rear of his Yaris.

Takamoto Katsuta is chasing his first ever WRC victory and is just three seconds behind his teammate while he lost time in Stage 12 when he had an overshoot just 0,6Km into SS12.

Thierry Neuville took back his third place from Ott Tanak at the end of Stage 13 and was just 1,6 seconds ahead of the last one while he set the fastest time in SS14 and SS15.

Ott Tanak dropped from third to fourth at the end of SS13 as he was not able to match the pace of the 2024 WRC Champion.

Kalle Rovanpera completes the top five and stayed out of trouble throughout Saturday evening.

Martins Sesks moved up to sixth place overall after Fourmaux's crash and made two mistakes on Saturday evening. The first one was when he overshot a junction in Stage 12 and the other one was when he had to reverse in Stage 14. Despite his mistake in Stage 14, he managed to be faster than the seventh Sami Pajari for one second.

Josh McErlean, Gregoire Munster and Oliver Solberg complete the top ten. McErlean stalled in a junction in Stage 14 and managed to keep his position over his teammate.

Adrien Fourmaux crashed from sixth place when he lost the rear and hit a snowbank in Stage 13 resutling in being unable to continue. However, he was the fastest driver in Stage 12.
