At the end of Saturday, Elfyn Evans remains out in front with Ott Tanak and Thierry Neuville following him.
Elfyn Evans is still leading Safari Rally Kenya despite his spin and his going wide on the last conrner of Stage 14.
Ott Tanak moved up to second position overall at the end of Stage 15, but he is not able to chase Evans for the win as their ga is over a minute. However, he was the fastest driver in Stage 16.
Thierry Neuville gained two places at the end of Stage 16 and does the 2-3 for Hyundai Motorsport. His afternoon was difficult as he went wide in one muddy corner in Stage 14 while he suffered from a front right punsture in Stage 15.
Takamoto Katsuta lost his third place at the end of Stage 16 as he had to stop to change a wheel. Before that, he was the fastest driver in SS14, but he lost many seconds on the next stage as he suffered from a front right puncture.
Kalle Rovanpera dropped from second to fourth at the end of Stage 15 as the rear left suspension arm was broken since Stage 14, but he dropped one more place at the end of SS16 and now completes the top five.
Sami Pajari remains in sixth position overall and had only one moment on Saturday afternoon when he lost the control of his Yaris on a muddy part of Stage 14.
Gregoire Munster is now seventh overall and took his first ever stage win in World Rally Championship as he set the fastest time in SS15. In Stage 14, he had a front left puncture.
Josh McErlean is still outside the top ten and lost the front bumper of his Puma after a watersplash in Stage 16.
